1. You may claim a character from either celebrities/anime/manga/video game/.

2. Please include the character's full name. If the name is Japanese, please list the last name first.

3. Put the code up right after joining and place the code where it will be seen or easy to find. If I don't see it ,you may not be added.

4. Any type of site may join. (Domain, collective, blogs, etc)

5.Please join only once per site.

6.If you can’t do the banner,please e-mail me one of your character’s picture and will do it for you.

7. Please make sure that you check the list before joining to see if the character you want to claim is taken or not.

8.Claimed characters relate to specific series and franchises.

9.If your site is on hiatus, please keep the code up, or put it up anyway. I won't accept members that don't have codes posted.

10.Your banner must measure 50 pixels width by 85 pixels height and be direct-linkable. Otherwise, it won't display on other people's sites. The button should be featuring your chosen character and have it’s name on it.

11.Your banner rotation must be in gif format.

Note! If your pairing has been claimed, please look at the site that claimed it. If it is a dead link or the Last Wish code is nowhere on the site, e-mail me and let me know so I can deal with it.
